After our initial consultation, either in person or virtually, the client will know the total cost of our services upfront. Once the client decides to proceed with their project, they are free to bring the furniture to us or use any transport service of their choice. If the client has chosen to use a service, all they need to do is schedule the pickup directly with the transport company. We accept client drop offs any time during normal business hours. At the client’s request, we can provide progress pictures of the project as it moves along through the restoration process. Once we have completed our part of the project, the client will need to inspect our work to insure it meets with their expectations and settle the final bill either in person or virtually. Once the bill has been paid in full, the furniture will be released to the client or their transport service for delivery.

Additional Transport Suggestions
If your personal vehicle is not large enough to hold your furniture pieces and you do not wish to hire a professional mover, here are some helpful alternative suggestions for transporting your furniture to and from our shop:
1. Ask a neighbor or relative if you can borrow their larger vehicle.
2. Rent a Penske, Ryder, or U-Haul cargo van, truck, or trailer.
3. Rent a truck or van from a local rental company such as Enterprise or Hertz.
